01What WANTD is

WANTD lets you save products from other stores into wishlists, collections and gift registries, and share them. WANTD doesn’t sell products. Purchases happen on the store’s own website, under that store’s terms, prices and policies.

Product details and photos are fetched from store pages and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always check the store before you buy.

02Your account

You need to be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account & security.

03What you post

You keep ownership of what you add. You give us permission to store, display and share it as needed to run WANTD, in line with the visibility you choose. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already saved or shared it, or where we must keep it by law.

Only add content you have the right to share. Product photos and descriptions belong to their stores and brands and are shown to help you identify the product.

04Community rules

Don’t use WANTD to:

• post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent;
• promote counterfeit goods or scams;
• spam, impersonate others, or mislead people;
• scrape, overload, or try to break into WANTD or other people’s accounts.

You can report content that breaks these rules. We may hide content, limit features or suspend accounts that break them.

05Gift registries

Reserving or marking a gift as purchased is a courtesy to help others avoid duplicate gifts. WANTD doesn’t verify purchases, handle payments, or guarantee that a gift will be bought or delivered. Any purchase is between the buyer and the store.

06Links to stores

WANTD links to other websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, products, prices or practices. We may receive a commission from some stores when you buy through a link; this doesn’t change the price you pay.

07Changes and availability

We’re continually improving WANTD and may change or stop features. We aim to keep WANTD available but can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

08Responsibility

WANTD is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, for products bought from stores, or for content added by other people. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

09Ending the agreement

You can stop using WANTD and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia], without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.

11Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and let you know in the app before the changes take effect.
